    Principal's Message

    Dear Parents,

Rancho Cucamonga High School’s second semester is off and running! The transition has been smooth and students are geared up to finish the year strong! It is hard to believe but graduation is only four and a half months away! I look forward to having our graduation in our new stadium Wednesday May 22, 2019 at 6:30pm.

The second semester focus will be on high stakes testing as well as continued excellence in the classroom. We want our students prepared for any academic measurement they will take.  In order for our students to be successful, it is important that all students are in school daily. Students who are not in attendance miss out on valuable instruction. It is imperative that our staff have the opportunity to work with your students. Please do not hesitate to give us a call. It is our pleasure to be of assistance to you

To support our students we continue to offer after school tutoring, GOAL Saturday School, and Freshman Pride Academy. We want our students to be successful and extending our day will allow them that added support. Students and parents should also take advantage of School Loop to contact teachers if you have concerns about his or her progress.

Rancho has earned respect by setting high standards and on-going support to obtain maximum student achievement for every student. Our expectations for all students are that they will be empowered with knowledge and are College and Career ready.

It is my honor to work with the tremendous students and staff that make Rancho great! Rancho is proud of its academic success and we are proud of the fact that each year our students are accepted at some of the most prestigious colleges and universities in the nation.

I am looking forward to seeing you at our events and activities! Follow me on Twitter at @RCHS_Cougars for the latest news.  Stop by and say hello when you see me on campus.

Cal Baptist signing MOU with Mat Holton

guaranteed admissions agreement signed with cbu!

Mathew Holton, Superintendent, and California Baptist University Provost, Dr. Charles Sands, recently signed our newest admission agreement! All CJUHSD graduates who meet the mutually agreed upon admission requirements, will be able to enroll and attend this progressive university. One of the amazing highlights of this agreement is the commitment of CBU to provide a minimum of $8,000 per academic year in combined scholarships and grants to all our students! We are very excited to provide this opportunity for our students to attend this university in Riverside, California. This agreement, along with the previous agreements with Cal State San Bernardino, Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State Bakersfield, University of Redlands, University of La Verne, Azusa Pacific University, and Grand Canyon University continue to provide an advantage to the students of the Chaffey Joint Union High School District to pursue their dreams for the future!
