Rancho students continue to achieve as the year winds down. This time of year brings many opportunities to celebrate these achievements in the classroom, on the athletic field, and on the stage. Thank you for working together to make this the best year yet!

Finishing strong is part of that hard work. Final progress reports have been mailed home, and students can benefit from preparing for final exams for a few minutes each day. Tutoring is offered before and after school, and there is one final Path to Success Saturday Program on Saturday, May 19, from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. More information about these programs is available in the Guidance Office.

Advanced Placement (A.P.) Exams will be administered May 7-18. Any student who has taken an A.P. class is encouraged to take the exam.  Scores will be provided to students in July.

Final exams for ninth, tenth, and eleventh grade students will be given on Monday, May 21, through Wednesday, May 23. 
 

The Class of 2012 will be missed!  As you work to finish strong during these last days of high school, please keep the following dates in mind:

• Senior Academic Awards Night is Thursday, May 17, at 6:30 p.m. in the gym.  This outstanding event is a highlight of the year.
• Senior finals are given on May 17 and 18 during periods 1-6.  The schedule for seniors on these days is the same. 
• Graduation is on Tuesday, May 22, at 6:30 p.m. at Quakes Stadium.  Parents and guests, please plan to arrive early and arrange a meeting place for your family to gather after the ceremony. 
• Diploma distribution is on Wednesday, May 23.  Bring your ID and pick up this classy symbol of your accomplishments. 

Summer school begins on Tuesday, May 29.
